As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead the development of complex solutions across various transformational opportunities. Your typical day involves collaborating with diverse teams to architect end-to-end integrated solutions that leverage a mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities. You will ensure that the solutions align with the client's organizational goals, maximizing value for both the client and Accenture. Engaging with stakeholders, you will navigate through challenges and provide innovative solutions that drive success in multi-tower and multi-service environments.

• Senior Enterprise Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Rapidly understand the current legacy architecture, implicit design decisions, strengths, weaknesses, and areas of technical debt.
• Define and communicate the target solution architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and extensibility.
• Ensure seamless backward compatibility between existing design elements and new development.
• Design a refactoring strategy to reduce technical debt while enabling continuous delivery of new features.
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility analysis for architectural changes.
• Own and govern the Experlogix Document Automation implementation.
• Design and standardize:
• Template structures, content blocks, conditional logic, and data bindings.
  • Integration of document generation with CRM entities, workflows, and business process flows.
• Implement template lifecycle management (version control, approvals, environment promotion).
• Establish security, access controls, and performance optimization for document generation.
• Evaluate and document all existing and upcoming integrations.
• Design and implement integration patterns using:
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions
  • API-based, event-driven, and message-queue architectures.
• Define telemetry, monitoring, error handling, and retry strategies for all integration flows.
• Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines, branching strategy, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure consistent versioning, solution layering, and environment management practices.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews and quality gate enforcement.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance, design principles, and coding standards to maintain consistency as the project scales.
• Create reusable solution patterns and guardrails to enable modular and maintainable delivery.
• Collaborate with security and enterprise architecture teams to align with organizational standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 14+ years overall IT experience with at least:
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, or custom model-driven apps) including experience implementing Experlogix Document Automation, including template design, merge logic, and integration with CRM
• Expertise in:
• Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions)
  • Plugin development, PCF controls, JavaScript, and custom workflow activities
• Technical skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM + Experlogix Document Automation
• Strong ability to assess legacy systems, design refactoring strategies, and ensure backward compatibility.
• Solid understanding of CRM security model, licensing, environment strategies, and performance optimization.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Experience building architectural governance frameworks and reusable design patterns.
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise integration architecture and event-driven design.
• Understanding of Financial Lending domain

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
