SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) - Condition Contract/Settlement Specialist Location: Cairo, Egypt

Job Summary:

The SAP SD Module Specialist is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Sales and Distribution module to support the organization’s sales, order processing, and distribution operations. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD Module Management:

Configure and maintain the SAP SD module to meet business requirements.

Manage sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD processes and workflows.

Business Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve sales and distribution processes using SAP SD functionalities.

Implement best practices for order management, pricing strategies, and customer invoicing.

Ensure accurate and efficient handling of customer orders and deliveries.

Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with other SAP module specialists (e.g., MM, FI, PP) to ensure seamless system integration.

Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Support end-to-end processes, including order-to-cash and logistics execution.

Project Implementation and Support:

Lead or participate in SAP SD module implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.

Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for new functionalities.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD systems.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.

Stay updated on SAP SD advancements and emerging technologies.

Recommend innovative solutions to improve sales and distribution operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Extensive experience in SAP SD module implementation and support.

Strong understanding of sales, order processing, and distribution processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

SAP certification in SD module is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI, PP).

Experience in S/4HANA implementation.

Familiarity with industry-specific SAP SD configurations
