We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and proactive person who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. In this role, you will also contribute to leading complex, multi‑stakeholder finance transformation projects, ensuring structured planning, proactive risk management, and delivery excellence. In addition to delivery, you will drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities as well as ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

To success in this role, we believe you have:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Management with excellent academic performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with clear structure, strong stakeholder communication, and disciplined follow through — ideally across multifunctional finance or transformation programs.
• Expertise/specialization in one or more focus areas, such as, Enterprise Performance Management, Finance Transformation, SAP/ERP Platforms, Finance Operations and operating models, Enterprise Value strategy, ESG measurement
• 4 + of experience in consulting type of work or strategy/corporate business development roles is a must. Experience in investment banking, auditing, controlling and risk management considered beneficial. Role and Accenture career level will be detailed based on previous experience and professional background.
• Proven commercial acumen to drive results and networks and contacts to leverage in the role (manager)
• Self-starter and a team player with ability to effectively lead work in diverse teams
• Solid Finnish skills, experience with written and oral presentations, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation in English

The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Helsinki, Finland. Some travel should be expected.
