Summary:

As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in planning, executing, and closing projects while adhering to established timelines and budgets, fostering collaboration among team members, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Your role will be pivotal in driving project success and delivering value to clients and stakeholders alike.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication among team members.
• Monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
