You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.

• Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.What are we looking for? • Experience in managing a Team
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project cycles
• Significant proven competency in contracting/negotiation processes and best practices
• Strong experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Knowledge of procurement operations
• Experience working directly with key stakeholders in business units
• Team player with initiative and a positive attitude
• Process oriented with excellent communication, organization/time management and problem-solving skills
• Project management skills
• Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
• Ability to communicate with customers in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Access, Word)
• Proficiency in Sourcing Optimization Tools: Coupa and Jaggaer ASO Roles and Responsibilities: • Partner with clients/suppliers to identify and drive cost/ improvement opportunities through sourcing initiatives
• Lead and execute sourcing projects including strategy development, RFQ/RFP execution, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution
• Detailed knowledge of complex data management and analysis
• Guide team members on distilling relevant insights from large volumes of complex data
• Apply market knowledge to provide client with relevant insights
• Lead a delivery Team
• Coaching Team members on best practices of sourcing execution
• Maintain overall team service delivery
• Manage Knowledge Transfer from Internal / External teams on new processes
• Setup SOP for new processes and meet SLA targets for existing ones
• Ensure project staffing meets both skill and cost requirements
• Ensure team members receive necessary training to remain relevant to clients
• Provide mentorship to team members as they deliver on client work
