Your Mission:
As a Digital Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving success for our clients – small to medium-sized businesses – on behalf of a top global social media company. You’ll consult with advertisers, optimize their campaigns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize growth. With your proven sales expertise and relationship-building skills, you’ll become a trusted partner in helping clients achieve their goals.
What You Can Expect:
- Consultative Sales – Manage a portfolio of advertisers, identify growth opportunities, and cross/upsell products that best fit client needs.
- Client Success & Optimization – Proactively advise clients on product adoption, campaign strategies, and insights to improve ROI and long-term satisfaction.
- Industry Expertise – Develop deep knowledge of social media advertising solutions, identify market trends, and provide strategic input for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1+ years of sales experience (outbound or inbound), ideally in advertising, digital marketing.
- Strong relationship-building skills with proven success in cross/upselling over time.
- Excellent listening, communication, and consultative selling skills with a customer-first approach.
- Fluency in English.

- Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes.
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform.
