We are seeking professionals with expertise in technology strategy and/or technology transformationto join our team and drive transformation in these critical areas.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Working in a highly client-facing role to lead complex, global, large-scale, and value-led technology transformation projects.
  • Providing expertise to both client and Accenture teams in delivery excellence and quality assurance throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Shaping and planning the critical stages of the program, as well as establishing the program and portfolio set-up as the backbone to delivering successful transformation.
  • Developing strong working relationships with the senior management team and identifying project opportunities.
  • Managing the Technology Strategy and Advisory teams in developing strategic vision and value-led initiatives, particularly in emerging areas such as digital assets, blockchain and tokenization.
  • Being a guiding light in Thought Leadership. Understanding what our clients need to truly transform and continue or evolve to be market leaders. Developing the assets to support these conversations and establishing the relationships to do this.

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:- Background in strategy and/or consulting, with a focus on Consumer, Retail, FMCG, Resources, Utilities sector. Specific experience in digital assets, blockchain and tokenization and/or large platform implementations would be particularly valuable.

  • Minimum 9+ years of practical delivery experience across large-scale/complex transformation with an understanding of both business and technology.
  • Familiarity with mainstream application architecture and how it can be used by organizations.
  • Proven experience in setting and shaping transformation strategy and vision, gaining buy-in and approval from C-Suite level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies and how to apply these to clients based on context, maturity, and industry-specific needs.
  • Experience running both small and large teams with line management responsibility.
  • Knowledge of RFI/RFP processes (aspirational), particularly in custody and digital asset solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Confident, proactive, corporately presentable, and flexible to work in a dynamic environment.
