Project Role: Custom Software Engineer

Project Role Description: Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:

As an Developer , you will be working with Design Team on development solutions, clarifications and suggestions for the design team to expedite in completion of functional designs. As an Architect, you would be reviewing all the functional designs to make sure and confirm the documented solution is suitable one for the requirements with available technology platform. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and functionality while mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development within the organization. Eventaully, you will also be leading the developers during the build phase. You will be reporting the build status on a weekly basis to the client and/or ATCI account lead.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Expected to have minimum 4 years of working with Design team on S/4 HANA ABAP Development solutions
• Technically strong on S/4 HANA ABAP Development
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with SAP HANA database and its functionalities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Need to have experience on S/4 HANA ABAP Development sub functions: CDS Views, CDS Entities, OData, RAP Framework

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10+ years of experience on overall SAP ABAP development and minimum 3 years of experience on S/4 HANA ABAP Development.
• There is no location specific.
• A 15 years full time education is required
