Project Role: Full Stack Engineer

Project Role Description: Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

Interacts and work closely with Bain IT functional lead & team to understand business problems, maps them to development problems and work on technical solutions.
Knowledge on Private/Capital Markets Industry domain.
Develop React-based UI components using modern JavaScript (ES6+) including hooks and state management.
Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
Writes Python, JS modules/scripts to implement appropriate technical solutions of enhancements and bug fixes.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
Identify fixes for technical issues related to in-scope applications.
Support the design, build & unit test of new enhancements requested by IT team and business.
Update technical design documentation to reflect changes as the result of development activities and bug fixes.
Validates deliverables prior to handing them off to the business user.
