The Practice – A Brief Sketch

Technology Strategy & Advisory Practice works on our clients’ most strategic priorities, from defining technological roadmaps to redesigning operating models and enabling large-scale digital transformation.

We help organizations modernize how technology teams plan, build, and deliver value by integrating strategy, governance, ways of working, and enabling platforms into a cohesive transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Atlassian-Led Transformation & Enablement (Must Have)

• Lead the design of enterprise use cases across the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, JSM, Align) to enable delivery, IT service management, and portfolio-level transformation
• Translate product, agile, and governance requirements into scalable Atlassian solution designs
• Configure and standardize workflows, reporting, and automation to drive cross-team visibility and operational consistency
• Support enterprise-scale Atlassian implementations across delivery, ITSM, and portfolio governance domains
• Act as an Atlassian subject-matter expert within broader technology and IT operating model transformation programs

Product Operating Model & Agile Transformation

• Assess current-state ways of working and support design of product-centric operating models
• Enable Agile transformations aligned to Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid product models
• Support definition of value streams, product team structures, and governance constructs
• Conduct maturity assessments across Agile, DevOps, and ITSM practices
• Support definition of product, flow, and outcome-oriented metrics

Transformation Governance & Leadership Enablement

• Support mobilization and governance of large transformation programs
• Facilitate leadership workshops, decision forums, and cross-functional alignment sessions
• Engage with senior stakeholders to drive change adoption and organizational readiness

Client & Practice Development

• Contribute to solution design, proposals, and thought leadership in technology strategy and digital transformation
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and IT

• Strong hands-on and conceptual expertise across the Atlassian ecosystem
• Solid understanding of IT operating models, agile transformation, and ITSM concepts
• Consulting mindset with structured problem-solving and stakeholder storytelling skills
• Ability to connect operating model design with platform enablement
• Comfort engaging with senior IT and business leaders

Your Experience Counts

• 5–9 years of experience in Atlassian enablement, technology consulting, agile transformation.
• Strong experience with Atlassian implementations or enablement initiatives in enterprise environments
• Exposure to Agile roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, or Agile Coach is a strong plus
• Experience with operating model design, maturity assessments, and roadmap creation
• MBA from Tier-1 institute preferred
• Industry exposure in Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or equivalent domains is a plus
