Project Role: Solution Architect

Project Role Description: Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will translate client requirements into innovative and practical solutions that leverage your extensive knowledge of technology and platforms. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed are not only winnable but also deliverable, aligning with the client's value proposition and business objectives. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights that drive the project forward, ensuring that the solutions are tailored to meet specific client demands while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing scalable and secure architectures.
• Ability to analyze and optimize existing systems for improved performance.
• Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks relevant to solution development.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
