Job Description:

Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements.
Drive incident and outage resolution and communication.
Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment.
Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Application Production Support.
Intermediate proficiency in Linux/Unix Desktop Management.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant related skills.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Intermediate proficiency in IBM Informix.
Intermediate proficiency in PostgreSQL.
Beginner proficiency in Oracle JAVA Development.
