Accenture Cyber Fusion Center in Prague is a unique multidisciplined team of around 200 people passionate about Cyber Security. As part of Accenture Security we support clients globally to prepare for and defend against the rapidly changing capabilities of cyber attackers. We are looking for security professionals to join our international team at our custom-built location.

Job Summary:

• Broad security know how, more in the direction of enterprise security architecture
• Management Consulting profile with strong delivery skills:
  o able to quickly identify potential issues or delivery risk and take appropriate actions
  o analytic, very structured, and thorough work (e.g. during QA reviews)
  o very strong communication skills (precise wording), especially in front of clients
  o able to translate regulatory/policy know how into real live -> impact on delivery, therefore making smart and risk-based decisions jointly with IT & Sec Arch / the CISO balancing security requirements with cost
  o able to understand the complex client contract and it’s implications
  o able to control scope and avoid scope creep – very important due to client’s behaviour
  o able to act in a highly complex, very political environment
  o able to “herd cats”
  o able to build strong and reliable client relationships and create value out of them (e.g. calm down escalations, leverage client relationship to counter issues for transformation projects)
  o able to handle a conflict and saying “no” to the client -
  o able to handle many topics and stakeholders at once (5 key client CISO, ~20 more minor client CISOs), prioritizes effectively
  o able to establish strong relationships with key Org Units in client org, e.g. GRC, Service Management and the IT leadership
  o willing to drive the ongoing transformation and create ideas for continuous improvement, e.g. AI/KI
  o strong (mental) resistance and persistence, hands-on mentality
  o German language is a must

We offer:

• Work with client CISO of a 1500+ people Banking-as-a-Service-Platform
• Responsible Delivery Lead for the “CISO Office” an Org Unit which directly reports to client CEO
• CISO Office consists of ~12 people + the CISO.
• CISO Office has functional authority over Security Architecture team and Security Operations and needs to ensure that both teams are content wise running in the right direction.
• CISO Office is in the 2nd LoD and has delivery responsibility for security policies, standards, controls, CDP, governance reporting, handles several small / medium remediation activities,
• A significant amount of exposure to several (very senior, very skilled) Accenture Leaders on the account, options to present him/herself to EMEA leadership
• Strong client exposure – owns the client relation
• Finance project performance ownership and freedom to optimize the team/delivery going forward
• Content wise a very steep learning journey, since one needs to familiarize literally with every security capability in detail, as well as IT ops and banking specifics, strong involvement in all transformation topics (Security transformation, but also staying close to IT transformations).
• Building network to and about Accenture’s internal IS orga, incl. monthly meetings with Accenture CISO Kris Burkhardt
• High home / office ratio possible and welcome, but especially in the beginning, travel to Austrin and possibly Manila
