Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI / ML Library Developer with strong Python expertise and deep awareness of modern AI/ML trends. The ideal candidate will design and build scalable, reusable AI/ML libraries that power intelligent capabilities across image, text, audio, and video processing, as well as AI-driven analytics and reporting. This role also involves mentoring engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to next-generation GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable AI/ML libraries using Python

Build AI solutions for:

• Image recognition and processing
  • Text extraction and analysis
  • Audio and video extraction and understanding
  • AI-powered test summary and analytics reports
• Research, evaluate, and implement the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and technologies
• Develop and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI–based workflows
• Optimize AI/ML models and libraries for performance, scalability, and reusability
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams to integrate AI libraries into applications
• Ensure code quality through reviews, documentation, and best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
• Communicate technical concepts, progress, and risks to stakeholders clearly

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python scripting and library development
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Hands-on experience developing AI solutions for image, text, audio, and video data
• Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and implementations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable AI architectures
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills

Additional Information:

• Experience with OCR technologies such as EasyOCR, Pytesseract, or Google Cloud Vision
• Knowledge of AI-powered reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
• Experience with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Hugging Face, OpenCV)
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• A 15 year full time education is required.
