Summary:

A skilled Implementation Specialist to lead the Integration and adoption of Crowd Strike, ARMIS, and Service Now solutions within our organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our cybersecurity posture and streamlining IT operations. This position requires deep expertise in cybersecurity platforms, IT service management, and Service Now Risk & Security modules.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation and integration of Crowd Strike endpoint protection across the enterprise.
Manage the deployment and adoption of ARMIS asset intelligence solutions.
Lead Service Now (SNOW) platform rollouts, focusing on ITSM, ITSOM, ITAM, and Risk & Security modules.
Configure and optimize Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response modules.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless platform adoption and operational alignment.
Develop and document best practices for platform use and maintenance.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Crowd Strike Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), ARMIS & Service Now.
Proven experience in implementing and managing Crowd Strike and ARMIS solutions.
Extensive knowledge & experience of Service Now ITSM, ITSOM, ITAM, and Risk & Security modules.
Hands-on expertise with Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops), GRC, IRM, Security Incident Response, and Vulnerability Response.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and IT operations.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Crowd Strike Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
