Summary:

As a Researcher, you will plan, structure, and deliver research using various secondary and primary research techniques. A typical day involves engaging with diverse teams to gather insights, analyzing data to identify market trends, and developing communication strategies that support key projects. You will also be responsible for synthesizing research findings into actionable recommendations, ensuring that your contributions are aligned with the overall objectives of the organization. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential as you navigate through complex research challenges, providing clarity and direction to your team while fostering an environment of innovation and creativity.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 1. Design, develop, and maintain AWS-based solutions that integrate with Salesforce and other enterprise systems and APIs

1. Demonstrate proficiency in AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Agent Core, ECS/Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Knowledge Bases, and Amazon Quick Suite
2. Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) agents and AI workflows using Amazon Bedrock
3. Implement authentication and authorization techniques such as IAM, OAuth, JWT, and SigV4 when integrating with enterprise services and systems
4. Develop APIs to facilitate integration of AI agents and workflows with enterprise systems and APIs
5. Demonstrate knowledge of prompt engineering and large language model optimization
6. Experience working with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
7. Hands-on experience working with orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Strands
8. Develop reliable backend processes for data retrieval, validation, and enrichment to create knowledge bases for AI agents
9. Build robust pipelines to monitor agent accuracy, reliability, and performance.
10. Monitor system performance and implement optimizations.
11. Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
