Summary:

As an Analytics Practitioner, you will engage in developing business insights through predictive statistical modeling activities. Your typical day will involve utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to generate and enhance decision-making processes by modeling client, market, and key performance data. You will collaborate with team members to interpret data findings and provide actionable insights that drive business strategies and outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on analytical projects and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformation.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
