Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative SAP HCM Time Management solutions that align with industry standards and client requirements.

• Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring effective communication and alignment with project goals.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance existing time management processes and optimize workforce efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Time Management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

• Participate in discussions and workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives and deliver value-added solutions.

• Conduct testing, quality assurance, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM Time Management solutions.

Here’s What You Will Need

• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Time Management, including configuration and support.

• A minimum of 2 year of experience in relevant SAP HCM Time Management skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis to identify and implement process improvements.

• Intermediate proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP HCM projects.

• Expert proficiency in Change Management to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.

• Intermediate proficiency in Data Analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.

• Advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with business goals.
