Principal Duties

And Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with our clients, Consulting professionals design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance. They develop specialized expertise—strategic, industry, functional, technical—in a diverse project environment that offers multiple opportunities for career growth.
  • The opportunities to make a difference within exciting client initiatives are limitless in this ever-changing business landscape. Here are just a few of your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Supporting programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.
  • Developing TSA offerings and assets with focus on key new digital transformation themes and associated key technology enablers
  • Assisting our clients to build required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA Degree from Tier-1 College (Preferable)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years consulting/ technology experience

Communication Skills

  • Japanese Language Expert, JLPT N1/N2 Certified
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Confidently communicates and articulates. Identifies, escalates, tracks, and resolves issues in a timely manner.
  • Has strong presentation skills. Can make a crisp deck within a compelling storyline.

Key Competencies and Skills:

  • Have experience in at least any one of the key technology enablers such as Cloud, AI/ML, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Agility (Agile, Scrum, ITSM), IT or Cloud Security, Transformation (Program/ Project Management)
  • Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation and have technical acumen to understand any technology elements in a relatively quick timeframe and able to articulate the understanding into delivery standards
  • Good to have experience in conducting maturity assessments and gap analysis for customer impacting processes across different industries
  • Experience within one or more of the Banking, Capital Markets, Telecom, Media, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Retail or Consumer Goods services industries
  • Team oriented and collaborative working style, both with clients and those within the organization
  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead and/or mentor global distributed teams.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
  • Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders
