By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, from 09: 00 AM to 18:00 PM. The position requires on-site work for the first 9 months, after which it will transition to a hybrid schedule.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Responsible for understanding the business drivers for supporting preparation of budget ;

• Consolidate and prepare budget;

• Conduct variance analysis between budget, estimates, forecasts, and actual results, clearly communicating any gaps for prompt action;

• Use data-driven analytics to challenge forecasts, estimates, and targets, focusing on operational drivers;

• Analyze Financial Statements

• Cash Flow, Income and Balance Sheet;

• Forecast materials for presentations and business commentaries;

• Provide support to stakeholders for all business reviews during the planning cycles;

• Participate and support Monthly & Quarterly Financial closing activities;

• Ensure conformity to financial standards and practices.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have B2-C1 French language skills;

• You have B1-B2 English language skills;

• You have Bachelor's Degree;

• Up to 3-5 years experience in finance and accounting;

• Ability to anticipate, identify, resolve and communicate financial issues;

• Analytical thinking ability to perform good data analysis and to assess problems;

• Ability to organize, analyse, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision;

• Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros);

• You are a team-player;

• You can solve urgent matters;

• You are reliable and proactive.
