Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the business model and its integration with technology, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and drive improvements within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Define Agent process and goal
Lead the design and delivery of LLM-powered agent crews that automate complex business workflows. Define agent roles, RAG/data access, tool integrations, guardrails, and evaluation metrics. Partner with engineering on Azure OpenAI and agent frameworks (Lang Graph/Auto Gen/CrewAI), and drive measurable outcomes with robust governance.
Must-haves: BA/product experience in AI automation, agentic patterns, RAG/data governance, eval/telemetry, stakeholder leadership.
Azure AI stack, prompt engineering, observability, domain expertise

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
• Requirements analysis and engineering
• Agile methodology
• Knowledge on BA tools and methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab, User story definition)
• Stakeholder collaboration

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
• The candidate is required to work out of the Client Office in Kharadi, Pune for 3 days per week, as per the mandate.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
