Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive with a strong background in the Energy / Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have over 15+ years of industry experience with a minimum of 10+ years working on various Oil & Gas projects and possess a background in Chemical Engineering or Petroleum Engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of IT/OT systems involved in the production of oil and its derivatives, as well as operations in the upstream sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Oil & Gas projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of IT/OT systems in production and operations.
Apply advanced technologies such as Manufacturing Operations Management, Cloud, Data & AI / GenAI to solve industry challenges.
Drive initiatives to improve gross refinery margin, throughput, safety, and sustainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field from a reputed institute.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with a focus on project management and IT/OT systems.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
Cognite Data Fusion(CDF) knowledge & exposure is preferred(not mandatory).
Strong understanding of upstream(mandatory), midstream, and downstream operations.
Expertise in Manufacturing Operations Management, Cloud, Data & AI / GenAI technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and client facing role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
