As a One Identity Manager Consultant at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a specific focus on One Identity Manager for our clients. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance solutions using One Identity Manager.

• Configure and optimize workflows, policies, and role-based access controls within One Identity Manager.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements

• Provide expert advice and guidance on One Identity Manager best practices and IAM strategies.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Coach colleagues and train teams on One Identity Manager functionalities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in cyber security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.

• Fluent in Dutch (strongly preferred) and English.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM business analysis, engineering, or consulting.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (mandatory).

• Proven expertise and knowledge of IAM principles and solutions.

• Practical experience with Identity Governance solutions, with a strong focus on One Identity Manager.

Certifications:

• Certifications in One Identity Manager (mandatory).

• Certifications in other IAM tools such as Sail Point, Saviynt, Cyber Ark, Okta, or Ping Identity (preferred).

• Certifications in Azure/Entra ID.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SABSA or TOGAF frameworks.

• CompTIA Security+.
