Project Role Description: Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and system integrations. The role requires strong capabilities in technical design, JavaScript, and Python scripting to support advanced automation and data processing. Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI tools and managing CI/CD pipelines using Copado is highly desirable. You will work collaboratively to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows.

-Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

-Apply technical design principles to architect scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.

-Utilize JavaScript and Python to enhance Salesforce functionality, automate workflows, and support data operations.

-Leverage Salesforce Einstein capabilities for AI-driven insights and process enhancements.

-Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado to ensure efficient and -reliable deployments.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions.

-Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications and integrations for performance and reliability.

-Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Salesforce development experience with strong skills in Apex, LWC, and Flows.

-Experience implementing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

-Solid background in technical design and architecture.

-Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Python scripting.

-Experience working with Salesforce Einstein products such as Einstein Analytics, Einstein Activity Capture, or Einstein Bots.

-Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Copado.

-Knowledge of Salesforce platform limits, security, and best practices.
-Experience working in Agile teams with source control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, Admin, Einstein Analytics).

-Familiarity with middleware tools (Mule Soft, Dell Boomi).

-Experience with Salesforce DX and scratch orgs.

-Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and unit testing.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

  • A 15 years full time education is required.
