Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also require you to document findings and share insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Job Description:

Stack:
o Frontend: React, Vue.js 3+, Angular, Node.js, knowledge of Capacitor for integration into Lumi App.
o Integration: Python APIs (FastAPI backend), multi-platform (Whats App, Telegram, Line)
Scope:
o Build frontend for Lumi AI based on Python backend APIs
o Develop UI/UX for web and messaging platforms
o Integration with Clevertap for analytics & pulling campaigns into FE.

Security & Compliance:

o Implement OAuth2/OIDC for secure user authentication
o Ensure JWT-based session handling
o Apply secrets management for API keys (Azure Key Vault)
o Enforce PII redaction and secure data handling in UI flows
Experience: 7+ years, strong experience in modern JS frameworks and API integration specifically in hybrid-web based apps, experience in Claude Code is a must, prior experience with NLP (RASA, vendor platforms) preferred

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Vue.js.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
