What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

General Accounting practices:

Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.What are we looking for? •Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel: Data cleaning, transformation, formulae, pivot tables, merging/unmerging cells, version control.
Power BI: Data import, model refresh, dashboard creation, applying filters, exporting visuals, troubleshooting.

Data Extraction & Reconciliation: Ability to extract data from project management tools (e.g., Planview), reconcile with master trackers, and ensure data integrity.
Reporting Tools: Experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, and PDF creation for report distribution.

  • Database/BI Tool Navigation: Familiarity with navigating and extracting data from enterprise systems (Planview, GORM, Integrify).
  • Process & Domain Skills
    RTR Process Knowledge: Understanding of Record to Report cycle, especially in a BPO context (month-end close, reconciliations, reporting).
    Project Management Support: Ability to support ongoing project portfolio maintenance, governance, and compliance.
    Quality Assurance: Data validation, QA checks, and adherence to reporting standards.
    Compliance & Controls: Awareness of regulatory requirements, governance tiers, and audit trails.

Soft Skills:

Stakeholder Management: Effective communication with PMs, analysts, consultants, and leadership.
Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams for data gathering, commentary, and report updates.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data handling, formatting, and report generation.

  • Time Management: Meeting strict reporting deadlines, managing dependencies, and handling ad hoc requests Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments

  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
  • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
