About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP MM Inventory Management Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing inventory processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Materials Management (MM) modules, and driving efficiency in supply chain operations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP MM, inventory management best practices, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM Inventory Management solutions to meet business requirements.

Analyze and optimize inventory processes, including stock management, goods receipt, goods issue, transfer postings, and physical inventory.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and provide innovative solutions to improve inventory management processes.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD, PP, and WM.

Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals.

Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP MM Inventory Management functionalities.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to inventory management processes.

Stay updated on SAP MM best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.

Support data migration, testing, and validation activities during SAP implementation or upgrade projects.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement custom enhancements or reports as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP MM module with a focus on Inventory Management.

Strong understanding of inventory management processes, including stock transfers, inventory valuation, and physical inventory.

Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, including customizing material master data, movement types, and inventory transactions.

Knowledge of integration points between SAP MM and other modules (e.g., SD, PP, WM, FI).

Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and data analysis.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

SAP certification in MM module is a plus.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
