Summary:

Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cyber Ark Associate Manager who would be responsible for leading Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations and delivery using Cyber Ark solutions. The role combines technical oversight, team leadership, stakeholder management, and service delivery governance to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable PAM services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end Cyber Ark PAM service delivery across onboarding, operations, and enhancements
• Provide technical leadership for Cyber Ark components including PAS, PSM, PTA, EPM, and PSMSession Monitoring
• Review and approve Cyber Ark architecture, platform configurations, and integrations
• Drive PAM hardening, vault security, and best practices implementation
• Support upgrades, patching, DR testing, and high-availability setups
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, audit requirements, and security policies
• Manage BAU activities including account onboarding, password rotations, safes, platforms, and access approvals
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management for PAM services
• Identify automation opportunities to improve onboarding and operational efficiency
• Drive PAM maturity improvements and roadmap execution

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Cyber Ark certifications (CPC, CDE, Sentry)
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts, privileged access risks, and zero trust principles
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, and middleware platforms
• Experience with ITSM tools
• Servicenow, Jira etc
• Familiarity with service management processes and ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Additional Information:

• Need to be able to support US shift (2PM to 11PM IST)
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Experience working in a diversified, virtual environment
• Candidate should be willing to work out of our Bangalore location
• 8-12 years of hands-on experience on Cyber Ark tool.
