We are looking for a Strategy and Consulting Consultant or Manager for our CFO & Enterprise Value team in Stockholm.
To succeed in the role you are a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who enjoys drawing and explaining the bigger picture, while still having a practical approach and expertise. You will drive business development efforts and identify new opportunities as well as ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What you will do

• Integrated finance operating model and shared service center design and establishment

• Finance platform transformation and organization restructuring

• Strategic finance operations with finance process development and optimization

• Automation projects of finance processes including AI/GenAI/Agentic AI

• Enterprise performance management including budgeting, planning, and forecasting development

• Performance management design and development

• Strategic cost reduction and operational efficiency

To success in this role, we believe you have:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering with excellent academic performance

• 2-5+ years of strategy and/or management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda (e.g., finance transformation, enterprise performance management, finance operating model, platform transformation) that impacts the finance functions in various organizations.

• Experience from diverse projects and teams

• Fluent in English (incl. experience with written and oral presentations in English) and Swedish, conducting interviews and workshops facilitation

The position will report to CFO & EV Lead and workplace is Stockholm, Sweden. Some travel should be expected.
