Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions within an organization. This role involves strategizing the use of AI to solve complex business challenges, ensuring the integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure, and leading initiatives to innovate and improve through AI technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. AI architects are responsible for designing data architectures that support the effective deployment of AI models. Involves everything from selecting appropriate data storage technologies, employing efficient data cleansing strategies, and designing data pipelines.
2. Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies such as deep learning frameworks, ML algorithms, cognitive computing and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
3. Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies with existing systems and databases, maintaining data integrity and system performance.
4. Continuously evaluate and refine AI systems, ensuring they deliver the desired outcomes and remain up to date with the latest technological advancements.

Professional & Technical skills:

1. Must have Skills: Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture frameworks including autonomous agents for Simulation in Manufacturing/Engineering.

Domain knowledge in areas of Manufacturing Operations:

• Automotive, Discrete Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods, Life Science etc.,

1. Knowledge of Gen AI, VLM, LLM, Agentic AI, architecture framework including autonomous agents for Simulation in Manufacturing/Engineering.
2. Significant experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of successful AI implementations.
3. Deep understanding of AI technologies, algorithms, and computational statistics.
4. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, R, and Java. along with applied mathematics, ML and Deep Learning frameworks (such as Tensor Flow) and ML techniques (such as random forest and neural networks).
5. Understand the workflow and pipeline architectures of ML and deep learning workloads. An in-depth knowledge of components and architectural trade-offs involved across the data management, governance, model building, deployment and production workflows of AI is a must.
6. Software engineering and DevOps principles, including knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools, such as Git, containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD.

Additional Information:

1. The candidate should have a minimum of 12-16 years of experience in AI/ML field.
2. A 15 years full-time education is required.
3. This position is based at Bengaluru location.
4. Must have good communications skills and ability to manage team members.
