Summary:

As a Security Architect, you will define the security architecture, ensuring that it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's systems and data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Ensure the security architecture aligns with business requirements and performance goals.
• Design and implement security solutions to protect the organization's systems and data.
• Conduct security assessments and identify vulnerabilities in the existing architecture.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are followed.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices.
• Conduct security awareness training for employees.
• Assist in incident response and forensic investigations.
• Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to identify potential threats.
• Recommend and implement security controls to mitigate risks.
• Participate in security audits and assessments.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of security frameworks and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design.
• Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing secure architectures.
• Knowledge of security technologies and tools, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
• Experience in conducting security assessments and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 27001 and GDPR.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience with cloud security and Dev Sec Ops practices.
• Experience in threat modeling and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and common vulnerabilities.
• Understanding of network security protocols and encryption algorithms. It is also expected resource should have knowledge of AI security

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
