Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of applications that meet client needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members to foster a collaborative environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve application functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with People Soft Human Capital Management (HCM) Absence Management, SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll, Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
• Experience in application configuration and customization within Workday.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot payroll-related issues effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
