Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives, utilizing our global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that security measures are effectively integrated into the overall service delivery framework. Your role will also require you to monitor project progress, address challenges, and facilitate communication among team members to foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving security excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate Azure security components including NSG, Azure Firewall, IDPS, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Perform security rule deployments and optimization for Azure Firewall and NSG.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and security-related issues using Azure Log Analytics Workspace and other diagnostic tools.
• Implement and maintain Azure File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) and Windows Defender configurations.
• Manage and automate deployment of application and firewall rules using Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with cloud, network, and DevOps teams to ensure secure design and compliance with security best practices.
• Perform continuous improvement and fine-tuning of cloud security policies and configurations.
• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud Security.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, architecture, and security best practices
• Hands-on experience with:
• Azure NSG, Azure Firewall, IDPS
• Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Windows Defender
• Azure DevOps pipeline execution and deployment , FIM and Log Analytics
• Troubleshooting and optimization expertise for network and application-level security rules
• Experience with Prisma Cloud Defender (Security Posture Management for containerized environment)- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed Cloud Security Services.
• Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience with risk assessment and management in cloud environments.
• Ability to implement security controls and best practices in cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with incident response and threat detection methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Managed Cloud Security Services.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
