Your Mission

As a Junior Software Implementation Analyst, you will support the implementation of our APP solutions for clients across Spain, LATAM, Europe and other global regions. You’ll learn about SAP technologies, work closely with senior experts, and help deliver high‑quality software implementations.

Your Daily Work

Support the configuration and delivery of APP HR/Talent/Skilling software solutions.

Analyze client needs and translate them into implementation tasks.

Learn SAP HCM / Success Factors concepts through hands‑on work and internal training.

Assist with system testing, troubleshooting and product setup.

Collaborate with colleagues in Spain, Germany, Prague and other global locations.

Participate in client meetings as your skills develop.

Work across multiple parallel projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Occasionally travel for project activities or client workshops (travel volume varies by project).

Who You Are

You have a technical mindset and curiosity for how software works (e.g., basic programming knowledge or IT background).

You have strong analytical and communication skills.

You are motivated to learn SAP technologies and grow into a client‑facing consultant role.

You have a good level of English, as you will collaborate with international teams.

Experience with HR tools, ERP systems, Salesforce, Workday or Success Factors is a plus — but not required.
