Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and manage relationships with Business leadership, Quality leadership and Legal counterparts.
· Responsible for leading negotiation activities for some of Accenture's select deals (as defined by scope, size and type of work) to meet Accenture and client needs for a mutually beneficial outcome.
· Work with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the negotiation strategy.
· Help resolve potential and actual disputes while managing client expectations during the negotiation process.
· Responsible for ensuring global compliance to all requirements and inputs from legal, commercial and corporate transaction services teams in all deal negotiations.
· Champion Client Centric negotiation processes and coach executives on the global negotiation strategy for a deal or a dispute.

Membership:
· Member of World Commerce and Contracting (WCC) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/ or professional certification considered a plus.

Basica Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Minimum 12 years experience quality, project, delivery leads, sales and or legal with proven ability to lead successful teams

· Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with executives at all levels of the client and Accenture organizations and be capable of influencing key commercial and contracting decisions
· Experienced and exceptional in the application of Client Centric Negotiation

· Exceptional executive presence and ability to manage senior stakeholders
