◆業務内容アクセンチュアのコーポレート部門にて、大規模かつ複雑な案件のディール・ストラクチャリング、プライシングを担当いただくポジションです。
ディール・ストラクチャリング（DS）の役割を一言でいうと「ビジネスアドバイザー」です。経営とファイナンスの専門知識をフル活用して、様々な大規模かつ複雑な提案活動を支援します。 昨今では大型トランスフォーメーション案件のスキーム策定、子会社カーブアウトや戦略的パートナーシップモデル、ジョイントベンチャー設立での積極的な関与といったアクセンチュアの経営判断にも関わる重要なミッションを担っています。
先進的な案件スキームの立案、ビジネスケース作成、契約書面の作成支援、プライシング等により、アクセンチュアの新規案件獲得に欠かせない存在です。
財務モデルやビジネスケース作成を通じて経験を積み、ファイナンスのプロフェッショナルとして案件最適化に貢献する機会があります。

・会計知識 :
USGAAP(米国会計基準)をベースとした会計知識を身につけることが可能です。社内トレーニングも充実しており、また、業務上で社内のUSGAAPの専門家と密に連携することで、学問にとどまらず実践的なレベルにまで会計スキルを高めることが可能です。
・財務モデル、ビジネスケース作成スキル :
案件ごとに異なる会計処理を適用し、シミュレーションを行います。自身で財務モデル（Excel）を作成する機会が多いため、高度なレベルまで財務モデリングスキルを高めることが可能です。

様々な業界、お客様の案件をサポートする機会があり、アクセンチュアのビジネスを深く理解することが可能です。
