アクセンチュアのセールス部隊は、お客様のさまざまな変革を支援するため、各領域で世界を代表するエコシステムパートナーの製品を提供しています。セールス担当として、お客様や社内のリーダーシップ、お客様担当チームなど多様なステークホルダーと連携し、エコシステムパートナーの製品をアクセンチュアを通じて導入・販売するための計画を取りまとめて実行に移し、数値目標の達成を目指します。また、アクセンチュアのグローバルネットワークを活かし、日本法人のない海外の新興エコシステムパートナーを日本市場に先駆けて提案するなど、グローバル企業としての強みを活かしたビジネスを推進します。

◆応募要件下記いずれかを有する方· IT業界でのセールス経験（特に、自社製品だけでなくサードパーティの製品を扱うSIerなどで、お客様とパートナーの間に入り、お客様への直接対面のセールス経験が望ましい）· IT業界のエコシステムパートナーの動向、ソリューション動向など業界トレンドへの興味、関心

◆望ましい経験・スキル· ソフトウェア製品に関する契約および法的知識· クライアントを担当した経験、その業界のナレッジ

◆期待するヒューマンスキル・セルフスターターであり、新しいことへのチャレンジ精神、セールスマインドをもっていること・社内外の様々なステークホルダーを巻き込み、前に進めるコミュニケーションスキル・失敗してもそれを糧に明るく前向きに業務に取り組める姿勢
