As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where your expertise will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your typical day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will be a trusted advisor, enhancing both Accenture's reputation and the client's strategy by bringing emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication and a deep understanding of the business landscape, ensuring that you contribute effectively to the success of various delivery engagements.

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Continuously assess and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Success Factors Onboarding.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors Onboarding.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
