Job Summary
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI/ML solutions that drive business transformation across a wide range of industries. You’ll own the strategy and implementation of AI-driven programs for clients, tackle complex business challenges using leading-edge AI, and cultivate high-performing teams in a fast-evolving landscape. You’ll play a visible role as a trusted advisor, shaping clients’ AI innovation journeys from ideation through scaled deployment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from strategy and solution design, PoC, and pilot to large-scale production across cross-industry applications.
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision for AI solutioning, aligning with each client’s unique business objectives and industry context.
- Serve as a thought leader and architect for AI strategy frameworks, platforms, and accelerators that can be leveraged across varied domains such as manufacturing, retail, life sciences, energy, and communications.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for applying emerging AI/ML technologies - including Generative AI and multi-agent systems to solve critical challenges.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a trusted AI advisor for client executives and stakeholders across industries, translating complex technical ideas into actionable solutions supporting strategic business goals.
- Manage robust client relationships and ensure that projects achieve measurable outcomes in efficiency, product innovation, or customer experience.
- Guide AI governance, responsible AI, safety, and regulatory best practices as needed for the industry context.
Technical Excellence & Delivery:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, engineers, and data scientists, ensuring rigorous execution, high technical standards, and impactful delivery.
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI, agent-based AI, and context-driven solutions leveraging state-of-the-art models and orchestration methods.
Innovation & Knowledge Sharing:
- Mentor and coach future leaders within the Data & AI community, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Share thought leadership via whitepapers, internal best practices, and participation in industry forums to position Accenture as a leader in AI transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scaled AI/ML Strategy / solutions at an enterprise level.
- Deep experience in AI project lifecycle management from strategy and business case to deployment.
- Track record of client-facing consulting experience with executive stakeholder management.
- Leadership in building and scaling multidisciplinary AI teams.
Good to Have:
- Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (Lang Graph, RAG, etc.), MLOps, Responsible AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and advanced data science.
- Exposure to setting up AI Co Es, accelerators, or enterprise frameworks for repeatable solutioning.
Experience: Minimum 10+ years leading AI/ML strategy, solutioning and delivery in consulting or client environments, with demonstrated impact across multiple industries such as products, resources, communications, or public sector.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BE/BTech/MBA/MS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or an equivalent discipline from a Tier 1 institution.
