Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

Good to have skills : ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

Summary:
As a Solution Architect, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will translate client requirements into innovative and effective solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed are not only deliverable but also align with the client's value proposition and business objectives. You will leverage your expertise to guide the team in creating tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a seamless integration of technology and business strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze and optimize existing processes for efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
