Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems that are vital to business functions. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the technology infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME in at least one process (Incident/Problem, Change, Availability, SRM).
  -Conduct root cause analysis and trend reporting.
  -Validate risk and impact assessments of changes.
  -Handle complex SRs or high-priority incidents.
  -Train Analysts on tools, SOPs, and client standards.
  -Collaborate with cross-tower SMEs for issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud service management tools.
  -Analytical thinker with structured problem-solving approach.
  -Strong verbal and written communication.
  -Excel proficiency (data handling, reporting) and PowerPoint (deck creation).
  -Ability to influence without authority.
  -Flexibility to join late evening/night bridge calls.
  -Reliable under pressure, especially during MIM situations.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
