Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)

Project Role Description: Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud architecture covering ingestion, data modeling (DMOs/DLOs), identity resolution, and audience activation with focus on scalability, governance, and cost efficiency.
Design and optimize data pipelines from enterprise sources (CRM, digital, data warehouses) using batch/streaming patterns and zero-copy federation where applicable.
Define and govern identity resolution, data quality, consent, and privacy frameworks aligned with GDPR/CCPA and enterprise standards.
Enable high-impact use cases including segmentation, calculated insights, and real-time activation across Marketing Cloud and downstream channels.
Monitor and optimize credit consumption, platform performance, and operational health implement proactive alerts and continuous optimization.
Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, support solutioning/pre-sales, and mentor architects and engineers.

Professional & Technical Skills:

10+ years in Salesforce/data architecture with hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience
Deep expertise in Identity Resolution, Data Modelling Calculated Insights & Data Transforms
Strong SQL and data engineering fundamentals with experience integrating Snowflake or similar cloud warehouses
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale, governed data platforms

Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Certification:

Good to have experience with Marketing Cloud/Personalization and AI-driven use cases (Agentforce)

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP/Salesforce Data/Data 360 solutions.
