Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in software development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Analytics, Microsoft SQL Server, Python (Programming Language), AWS Glue.
• Create and manage Quick Sight dashboards and datasets, including calculated fields, and refresh orchestration for business reporting.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and required to Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis considering analytical logic and measurable KPIs.
• Experience with AWs services
• AWS Connect, Athena, Glue, lake formation, S3, Redshift.
• Design, build, and maintain Athena/Glue-based data pipelines, ensuring data quality, performance, and alignment with business logic.
• Good to have experience in Utilities use case - (primarily across IVR, Callbacks, customer journey, and Collections domains), not mandatory.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Analytics.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
