Role Overview:

As an SAP Success Factors Employee Central Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Success Factors Employee Central solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their core HR requirements, configure the system to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP Success Factors modules. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, SAP Success Factors Employee Central capabilities, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with Accenture’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Central Implementation:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Success Factors Employee Central solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.

Client Collaboration:

  • Partner with clients to gather business requirements, analyze HR processes, and recommend solutions to optimize core HR functions.

Core HR Data Management:

  • Configure and manage employee data, organizational structures, job information, and workflows within SAP Success Factors Employee Central.

Integration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Employee Central with other SAP Success Factors modules (e.g., Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) and third-party systems.

Compliance and Governance:

  • Ensure Employee Central solutions comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and organizational policies.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards, providing insights into workforce trends, headcount, and organizational structures.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Create and execute test plans to validate Employee Central configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Training and Support:

  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP Success Factors Employee Central solutions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.

Basic Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation, specifically in Employee Central.

  • Proven track record of configuring and deploying SAP Success Factors Employee Central solutions for clients.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SAP Success Factors Employee Central functionalities, including:

Employee data management.

  • Organizational structures.

  • Workflows and business rules.

  • Position management.

  • Experience with integration tools such as SAP Integration Suite,OData APIs, or middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, SAP CPI).

  • Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics using SAP Success Factors tools.

Certifications:

  • SAP Success Factors Employee Central Certification (preferred).

  • Additional certifications in other SAP Success Factors modules (e.g., Compensation, Performance & Goals) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

HR Domain Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).

  • Familiarity with global HR practices and multi-country implementations.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills to gather requirements and present solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex HR challenges.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Project Management:

  • Experience in managing SAP Success Factors implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.

  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Continuous Learning:

  • Commitment to staying updated on SAP Success Factors innovations and HR technology trends.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements (if required).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
