Project Role: Full Stack Engineer

Project Role Description: Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user experiences and backend functionalities. You will utilize your development skills to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while also exploring new technologies to address complex business challenges with a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging in problem-solving discussions and contributing to team objectives will be key aspects of your role, ensuring that you remain at the forefront of technological advancements in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with backend frameworks and databases.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
