Role Overview

As a Delivery Lead, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of large‑scale technology transformation programs for consumer industry clients. You will lead complex, multi‑vendor engagements, manage large delivery teams, and work closely with sales, architecture, and senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes while supporting account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Leadership

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex IT and digital transformation programs within the consumer domain
• Establish and maintain strong delivery governance, ensuring quality management, risk control, and compliance with delivery methodologies

Technology & Architecture Alignment

• Oversee delivery across hybrid cloud, cloud‑native, AI, and digital platforms
• Provide delivery‑level guidance on technical dependencies, solution integration, and architectural considerations

Commercial & Deal Management

• Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Manage contracts, change requests, SLAs, and vendor performance
• Partner with sales teams on deal shaping, solutioning, and proposal development

Consumer Industry Expertise

• Deliver transformation programs for retail, FMCG, and e‑commerce clients
• Apply deep understanding of consumer business KPIs throughout project implementation and strategic decision‑making

Stakeholder & People Leadership

• Act as the primary delivery leader for senior client stakeholders, managing communications and escalations
• Lead, coach, and develop large, multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience delivering large‑scale IT and digital transformation programs
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑vendor and multi‑technology delivery environments
• Strong financial and commercial management expertise
• Hands‑on delivery background in system integration, hybrid cloud, cloud‑native, and AI‑enabled programs
• Prior consulting or systems integrator experience
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
