Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. It is essential for financial transparency and accountability. keyword includes:

The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The areas where this team s expertise lies is in Preparing and posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits, perform variance analysis and provide comments for month over month movement in Trial Balance, perform reporting activities, perform intercompany related activities, FA and Lease related activities.

  • The Account Reconciliation team focuses on general ledger accounting which contains a summary of sub-ledger accounts. The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, bookkeeping, journal entries, voucher entry, trial balance, and month-end reporting. The role may also need expertise around intercompany reconciliations, cut-off policies, transfer pricing policies, formal confirmation policy & procedure, dispute resolution policy & procedure, and general procedure.
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems using established and innovative approaches

Develop new solutions while adapting existing methods and procedures as needed

Align with strategic direction from senior management and communicate team goals and updates effectively

Collaborate primarily with your direct supervisor, with occasional interaction across teams and client stakeholders

Receive guidance for new assignments and apply judgment in determining procedures
