Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you contribute to the development process, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Your role will also require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance your contributions to the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with debugging and troubleshooting application code.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Language.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
