Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, utilizing global delivery capabilities, and ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the project lifecycle. You will engage with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives, while also providing guidance and support to your team members to foster a productive work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to security protocols.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Architecture Design.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS.
• Ability to design and implement security solutions tailored to organizational needs.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Architecture Design.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
