Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Sr. Analyst to lead innovative projects and drive impactful solutions in domains such as Consumer Tech,Enterprise Tech, and Semiconductors. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, and client delivery management to execute cutting-edge projects in Generative AI, decision science, and cloud-based analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Expertise

• Design and fine-tune GenAI models for NLP, CV, and multimodal use cases, ensuring enterprise scalability.
• Architect agentic AI solutions with orchestration frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, Auto Gen), integrating APIs and enterprise knowledge bases.
• Optimize agent workflows by defining monitoring, fine-tuning RAG pipelines, and improving context handling and reliability.
• Build scalable retrieval pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus) for high-performance enterprise integration.

Cloud Platform Expertise

• Design scalable AI/ML workflows on Azure or AWS for cross-functional domains with cost and performance optimization.
• Leverage cloud-native MLOps tools (Sage Maker, Azure ML) for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.

Data Science and Engineering

• Develop advanced predictive models, recommendation engines, and optimization solutions, ensuring business relevance and measurable impact.
• Engineer robust data pipelines and feature stores to support GenAI and ML models across structured, unstructured, and multimodal datasets.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in data engineering/data science
• Education: B tech, M tech in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field

Technical Skills

• Programming: Proficiency in Python,SQL, and libraries for NLP and Computer Vision (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenCV).
• GenAI Expertise: Hands-on experience in model development (selection, fine-tuning), model evaluation and optimization, deployment architecture (design, API/integration design), multi-step reasoning workflows, and autonomous agents
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and/or AWS in data science workflows.
• Data Science Tools: Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
• GenAI & LLM Tooling : Lang Chain, Llama Index, Hugging Face Transformers, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, especially services like S3, Redshift, BigQuery, or Azure Data Lake.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in decision science projects focused on marketing,supply chain, or sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Additional Information:

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in quantitative discipline and experience in working with Hi-Tech clients

• This position is based at our Bengaluru (preferred), Kolkata and Hyderabad office.
